The kitchen was renovated in 2012. It’s equipped with a three-burner stove, a grill, and a built-in oven, so you can prepare a wide variety of dishes. Cooking utensils such as cutting boards, knives, cooking chopsticks, earthenware pots, cast-iron skillets, kettles, and frying pans are provided, along with tableware including large plates, small plates, glasses, deep dishes, and chopsticks. Behind the kitchen is a workspace measuring about 6 tatami mats, complete with a countertop, so several people can work together to prepare meals. It’s a face-to-face kitchen design that allows you to make eye contact and enjoy lively conversation with those seated at the dining table. For those who enjoy cooking, the space is fully equipped—all you need to do is bring your own seasonings and ingredients to prepare a meal.

- Tableware：Rice bowls, soup bowls, large plates, small plates, deep plates, soy sauce dispensers, chopsticks, chopstick rests, knives, forks, spoons, glasses, mugs, tea cups, sake decanter and sake cups, wine glasses, and coasters—all provided for 7 people. We also have plastic rice bowls, large plates, small plates, deep plates, knives, forks, spoons, cups, and chopsticks for 5 children.
* Please handle items with care, as many are made of ceramic or glass. In the unlikely event of breakage, please report it when checking out. - Tea & Coffee：For those who wish to enjoy a relaxing moment with tea or coffee, we provide a teapot, coffee dripper, and filters.
* Please bring your own tea and coffee beans. We do not provide a coffee grinder. Please bring your coffee beans already ground. - Kitchen Supplies：Cutting board, kitchen knife, large pot, small pot, frying pan, kettle, spatula, tongs, cooking chopsticks, wine opener, dish soap, sponge, paper towels, plastic wrap, and aluminum foil are available.
